The Experience

How we work, from first call to heirloom.

Seven considered stages, designed so that on the day itself you never have to think about the photography at all.

01

Discovery Call

An unhurried conversation, not a sales pitch.

We spend an hour understanding the shape of your wedding — the families, the functions, the rituals that matter most, and the moments you would be devastated to lose. You leave knowing exactly how we work and whether the fit is right.

Candid work depends on context. The more we know about who is who, the more we can anticipate rather than react.

02

Planning & Timeline

A coverage plan built around your muhurtham, not around ours.

We map every function — haldi, mehendi, sangeet, muhurtham, reception — against light, venue and travel. Where a ceremony time is fixed by the panchangam, we plan portraits and detail work around it rather than asking you to move anything.

We flag the two or three windows where light and emotion peak, so nothing important is happening while we are changing lenses.

03

Wedding Day Coverage

Present the whole day, visible almost none of it.

We arrive early, dress to blend with your guests, and work the perimeter. During the ceremony we move in slow, deliberate arcs and use longer focal lengths so priests, elders and family are never displaced. Getting-ready rooms are covered quietly, in short passes.

No interruptions during rituals, no re-staging of moments that have already passed. If we miss a frame, we let it go rather than ask you to repeat it.

04

Editing

A single, consistent hand across every frame.

Every selected image is culled and graded individually — warm, bright, true to Indian skin tones and true to the reds, golds and jewel tones of your attire. No trend filters, no batch presets left to do the thinking.

We edit for the emotion in the frame, not for uniformity. The gallery reads as one story with one voice.

05

Delivery

A private online gallery, built to be shared.

You receive a password-protected gallery with full-resolution downloads, favouriting and easy sharing for family across cities and time zones. A curated preview set is delivered first, so you have something to hold on to while the full edit is completed.

Sequenced as a narrative — the day in order, as it unfolded — rather than dumped as one undifferentiated folder.

06

Albums

The edit that becomes an object.

We design a hand-bound heirloom album from your gallery, laid out as a story with pace and breathing room. You review the design, request changes, and approve before anything is printed on archival stock.

Album design is where candid work earns its keep: the quiet in-between frames are what make a spread feel alive.

07

Lifetime Memories

Your files, safeguarded well beyond the wedding.

Originals and finished edits are held in triple-redundant archival storage. Years later, reprints, additional albums and anniversary gifts can be produced from the same masters — no scrambling for lost hard drives.

The archive is the point. Everything we do on the day is in service of what you will want to hold in twenty years.

Communication & Availability

You will always
know where we are.

We take a deliberately small number of weddings each season so that every couple has genuine access to us — before, during and long after the day.

During planning

One direct line to the person photographing your wedding — no account handlers. Messages answered same day on weekdays, and we schedule proper calls at the milestones that matter rather than drip-feeding logistics.

In the final fortnight

A consolidated timeline is confirmed with you and your planner, with contacts for every vendor we need to coordinate with on the day.

On the day

Reachable from arrival to wrap, briefed on your family's key people, and coordinating quietly with your planner and decor team so nothing needs to be routed through you.

After the wedding

Clear delivery dates given up front and honoured, with a progress note if anything shifts. Album revisions and reprint requests stay open long after the gallery is delivered.
