Terms of Service

A plain-language summary. The signed agreement issued at booking is the document that governs your wedding, and it always takes precedence.

Booking a date

A date is held only once the agreement is signed and the retainer is paid. Until then the date stays open to other couples. Specific retainer and instalment terms are set out in your agreement and discussed in consultation.

Coverage

We photograph and film to a schedule agreed with you in advance. We will always work around the day as it actually unfolds — ceremonies run late, and we plan for that rather than against it.

Delivery

Edited galleries and films are delivered online, with the timeline confirmed in your agreement. Albums are produced after your selections are approved.

Copyright and usage

We retain copyright in the images and films we create. You receive a personal, unlimited licence to print, share and keep them forever. Commercial use by third parties — venues, planners, brands — needs written permission.

Portfolio use

We would love to show your wedding, but only with your consent. Decline it and your images stay private; that decision never changes what you receive.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Weddings move. Tell us as early as you can and we will do everything possible to transfer your booking to the new date. Terms for retainers and postponement are written into your agreement.

Care and contingency

We shoot to dual media where the body allows, carry backup bodies and lenses, and back files up to multiple drives before anything is deleted from a card.
