What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you choose to give us — names, contact details, wedding date, venue, guest count and anything you write about your day. Nothing more.
Why we collect it
Solely to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and — if you book us — plan and deliver your coverage. We do not sell, rent or trade your details.
How enquiries reach us
Enquiries are delivered to the founder directly, including via WhatsApp when you choose that route. Messages sent over WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
Photographs
Your photographs belong to your family. We never publish images from a wedding — on this site, on social media or anywhere else — without asking you first. If you would rather your wedding stay entirely private, say so and it stays private.
Storage and retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful to us. Delivered wedding files are held on redundant backups so your archive survives a hardware failure; you can ask us to remove them at any time.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting website analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. It is aggregate traffic data — it does not identify you personally.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to us on WhatsApp or via @fable.and.flare.weddings and we will action it.
